Shipping Your Package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without requiring a signature. Packages may also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional charges. Regardless of the shipping method selected, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage charges. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We are unable to merge two separate orders placed individually, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
